Hot Weather on Tap for Texas including Dallas/Fort Worth!

HOTTEST WEATHER OF THE YEAR SO FAR COMING LATER THIS WEEK?

After several really pleasant days, the heat will be building as we go thru the week.? Temperatures will increase into the upper 80s on Wednesday, Thursday and on Friday.? Thursday will likely be the hottest day with temps possibly reaching 90!? The wind will also increase over the next few days and it will be quite windy later this week.

?

Not only will it be hot here but temperatures will really heat up in West Texas.? Here is a look at the forecast for high temperatures across the state over the next couple of days.

RAIN CHANCES HOLD OFF UNTIL THE WEEKEND?

An area of low pressure will develop in Colorado starting tomorrow.? This low will increase in strength over the next several days and that will increase south winds across North Texas.? Gusts will be as high as 35 mph on Thursday and Friday.? But we will have a substantial CAP overhead that will prevent any storms from developing in our area.? It won?t be until Saturday when a cold front arrives where we might squeeze out a few showers and thunderstorms.? But there doesn?t appear to be a lot of upper level energy near North Texas on Saturday when the front arrives.? So rain chances don?t look widespread or prolonged.? I will put a 20% to 30% chance of rain in the forecast for Saturday and keep a 20% chance in for Sunday in case the front slows down or lingers.? Temperatures will cool back down on Sunday with highs in the 70s.? The front will come back at us as a warm front on Monday and could produce a few scattered storms on Monday as well.

Nokia releases Browser 2.0 update for Series 40 handsets with improved speed, multitasking in tow

Nokia announced earlier today the release of Browser 2.0 for its Series 40 devices, which of course includes the colorful Asha lineup. The update promises an overall speedier and easier browsing experience, this in large part due to the application condensing data by up to 90 percent. In addition to these enhancements, there's also a novel Download Manager in the refresh, giving users the ability to choose where they'd like to save content without leaving the app. Also included in the update is a new multitasking-while-browsing feature (finally!), as well as a social-sharing bit that lets you push out page URLs to sites like Twitter, Facebook, Sina Weibo and RenRen. Browser 2.0 will be native on future Series 40s, but for now those whom already own a small chunk of the 1.5 billion can grab the goods from the Nokia Store or wait for the OTA package to hit your device.

Juvenile Down For Hot Boys Reunion With Lil Wayne

'As long as Juvie living, it's definitely possible,' MC tells 'RapFix Live.'

Before Lil Wayne became the solo rap superstar he is today, he was making his mark as a member of a noted hip-hop group: The Hot Boys consisted of Juvenile, B.G., Turk and a teenaged Tunechi, and together they broke down doors for independent Southern artists everywhere by establishing Cash Money Records as a musical powerhouse.

The quartet dropped their debut LP, Get It How U Live!!, in 1997, which they followed two years later with their platinum sophomore album, Guerilla Warfare, but the group was rendered defunct after Juvie, B.G. and Turk left Cash Money to take on new ventures. Fans have since longed for a reunion.

On Wednesday's "RapFix Live," Juvenile said of a reunion, "It's possible. As long as Juvie living, it's definitely possible."

Though he isn't signed to YMCMB, Juvie maintains a relationship with both Wayne and Birdman. "I got a relationship with Cash Money; me and Baby still cool. We don't talk every day, but we do talk, and we can stand in a room together. It's not a situation where I'm beefed out with them," he explained.

Add DJ Khaled to the list of folks awaiting a comeback for the group. Sitting next to Juvenile on the "RapFix Live" couch, Khaled said, "I'm a fan first when it comes down to the Hot Boys, and it's the whole Cash Money era, so Juvie already know and Bird already know, I would love to see that."

Unfortunately, there won't be a full Hot Boys reunion any time soon because both Turk and B.G. are currently imprisoned. In 2005, Turk was convicted of multiple firearm-possession charges after a 2004 shooting incident with a police officer. In December of last year, B.G. plead guilty to felony weapons-possession charges stemming from a 2009 arrest.

"B.G. got dealt a bad hand," Juvie said. "He'd had his run-ins with the law through the years, so I guess this one caught up with him."

In Milan, more residents answer to Hu than Ferrari

A list of the most common names in Milan revealed the extent to which immigration has changed the character of the business-oriented city.?

For decades the family name of ?Brambilla? has been by far the most common in Milan ? to the point that throughout Italy, where family names were originally strongly associated with geography, people still jokingly refer to Milan folks as ?Mister Brambillas? or ?Sciur Brambilla? (?sciur? being the world for ?Sir??in Milanese dialect).?

So when the local council published a list of the most common names in the city last week, many were surprised to find out that Milan has many more residents known as ?Mister Hu? than ?Mister Brambilla.?

Among the ten most common family names in Milan, three were of Chinese origin, pointing out how ethnically diverse this city in northern Italy has become. On the list, ?Rossi," a name common in Italy but not closely associated with the North, comes first, while Hu, of Chinese origin, is a close second. They are followed by five other typically Italian (but not typical specifically of Milan) names. In eighth is another Chinese name, Chen, while uber-Milanese ?Brambilla? comes only ninth, followed by yet another Chinese name, Zhou.

Think you know Europe? Take our geography quiz.

In the last three decades, a growing numbers of migrants, both from the rest of Italy and from abroad, have settled in Milan, mostly drawn by job prospects in the most business-oriented region of the country. Today one in every five Milan residents is either a foreign national or a descendant of migrant workers.

The Chinese community is one of the oldest in the city, dating back to the first wave of the immigration in the early 1900s. While some other nationalities, particularly from?Eastern Europe and North Africa,?are more numerous, Chinese names are predominant because there is less variety among last names.

?To us this whole comes as no surprise,? Luigi Sun, a representative of Milan's Chinese community of Milan, told the daily newspaper?Republica. ?We have known for a long time Hu is one of the most common names in the city. We have more serous stuff to think about.?

The most common names in Milan:?

  1. Rossi (Italy's most common name)
  2. Hu (Chinese)
  3. Colombo (most common in northern Italy, but not necessarily associated with Milan; the famous explorer Cristoforo Colombo, known in English as Christopher Columbus, was from Genoa)
  4. Ferrari (associated both with central and northern Italy)
  5. Bianchi (another very common name throughout the country)
  6. Russo (a variant of Rossi)
  7. Villa (a typical Milan name)
  8. Chen (Chinese)
  9. Brambilla (once thought to be Milan's most common name)
  10. Zhou (Chinese)
